Help! Is my plants turning into hermies?

Hi everyone! Ok I started with 18 plants and put them into flowering about 3 weeks ago, about 1 week in I identified all 9 males and removed them. In the last couple of days some of my females have grown these things right below the bud that looks like a seed but when I pop it open they look like bananas on the inside. What is this? They keep getting more and when they pop open by them selves it looks like a little flower around the banana looking things. Can anyone tell me what this is? Should I remove them? Am I doing something wrong? I have them on a 12/12 light cycle and am giving them fox farm nutes about once a week. This is my first grow any advice? Thanks!

Pictures would help, but yes it does sound like a hermie, a bad one at that. I would seriously consider either cutting off all branches that are having issues and check the problem plants daily or chop them down entirely.
