so today I just notice one of my plants show this in one of the leaves. none of the other ones show this spots and black dots on the top side of the leave, but there is no dots or white stuff under the leave. I took the picture with a 60x magnifying glass + magnification of the iPhone but its like 70x magnification. I don't see any mites like in the pictures on google, just this tiny black dots.

Doesn't look like mites, more like bug poop. I would treat with Azamax or neem because something has been sucking on them.

Yeah, i use neem oil. systematic and great results. Member Vostack informed me about it, cleared up a high infestation of spidermites.

Yep I am with most. Thrips. I use ladybugs. They wont leave the plant till they have nothing left to eat.

sure ladybugs xDjajaja yea I heard that one from jorge cervantes videos, but -_- shit now I need to go to the mountains hunting for this insects :D

Mr Rabbit, the larger nurseries in my area carry ladybugs. I have never used them before though. Neem oil will kill them though, for sure.

Dont get lady bugs they dont do hardly anything its the larva that do all the work and you cant get larva. Plus some have parasites. Use a hotshot pest strip on a fan or spinosad
