Help. I'm having trouble growing in soil

Help. I start my seeds off in a germination station then transplant to a pot. Every time the seedlings die. Any advice?

WTF is a germination station??? Don't waste your money...drop those seeds into soil and you'll be off to the races...quick, easy, and reliable.

I'm using a seed starting soil. The seeds sprout in the germination station but once I transplant it dies. The ones I put in hydro are flourishing fine

more details maybe even some pics of the grow area might help.
from what you've said so far i'd leave the seedling go longer until the roots are well developed before planting in soil.
then let them get a few sets of leaves before giving them full light
