Really, if you're able to do so, buy clones and plant them in your (rear) garden out of view, by and large cannabis is ridiculously easy to grow outside if you don't over fertilize it (and then you'll spend the rest of your life fine tuning it.) If you need cannabis immediately, you'll want to look for auto flower strains that should finish (from seed) in <3 months and just do dispensaries until your first harvest (do note it's $200 to assign a grower that is not the patient growing at the patient's residence so perhaps that $200 could go towards buying marijuana while you wait for harvest...) . If you're not desperate plant clones that sound yummy (no more than 10!) and expect to harvest in Late august (for early early ones) but really Sept->Nov. Just make sure you have set yourself as your own grower (else you can only plant 4, and you have more limitations on possession of usable cannabis) Do note, autoflower strains do *not* yield well, so just plant a couple of those if you're desperate ;)
