some more info would be nice, like your temperatures and humidity and what kind of ventilation/fan`s your running Etc.

Looks like bud rot :(

Get them sprayed, it won't hurt if it isn't bud rot (but I think it is)

I spray mine at around 6 weeks into flower just in case, and still get the odd patch once in a while.
Left unattended it will trash all your crop

A dehumidifier helps a lot. You have too much humidity and/or not enough air flow. You can pick that black stuff off and still smoke the rest ok.

Not a lot you can do, cut the main colas and hope it doesn't rain anymore till harvest .The strain isn't mold resistant and should be grown indoor where it doesn't get rained on.

Since it is outdoors you would have had to spray fungicide throughout the season, like outdoor tomato growers have to do in my area. I didn't believe in spraying tomatoes and I have harvested 0 tomatoes the last 2 years. The blight spores are in the air and if your plants aren't protected they turn black and die quickly.

I know some people are paranoid about smoking sprayed weed but fungicides are meant for food crops and can usually be sprayed a few days before harvest. Most of our produce comes from south of the border anyway and they use chemicals that are banned outright in the US.

Those look pretty good to me, not sick. You must be getting the bud mold from humidity that you can't control. They look close enough to done so if it was going to rain for a week I guess I would chop them. If there is some sun on the way I would wait it out but watch them close. tough call, good luck.

Take your trim scissors and cut the bud rot away...I live in Florida and deal with humidity...cutting will slow the spread and you don't have to remove an entire cola ps...those don't look finished yet
