help identifying pests

I just turned the fan on for my youngest seedling it doesn't show any signs of damage but there are now tiny white bugs flying around, when they land they kind of twitch all over the place. I'm thinking they are probably gnats.

side note: last time I use fox farms, dirt almost always comes with pests, should've checked more thoroughly.

I had my first bout with bugs this summer, and i first noticed them too, little white flies hovering around and diving into the plant..shake the plant, a few appear. For me it's white flies, and somehow had some tiny webs on one tiny auto when i chopped 2 weeks ago and noticed it then. After looking closer, the other 5 plants all had little specs on them, and then checking with the scope, i saw a leaf or two with eggs under them. Sprayed with some kind of organic insecticide, have to keep repeating to kill the new eggs as my spray only kills the adults. They still pop up as they hatch i guess, but no damage to plants anymore..i also started feeding silica a few weeks ago when i saw it. On my seedlings (2 days old), i found an aphid on 1..sprayed them all as well, the 3 critical kush's had leaf burn from the spray, 2 recovered fast, one just starated to 2-3 days ago..so if spraying, becareful with seedlings, some don't seem to like it.

I have definitely read about fungus gnats being an issue with FFOF. Regardless, neem oil should do the trick! Someone correct me if I am wrong.
