Can't quite figure out why plants are yellowing in early stage of flower. Perfectly green through veg then about 3 weeks in they start to yellow. Growing in promix hp with 7 gal pots, using general hydro flora expert series feeding schedule . Temp is 81° lights on 70 lights off humidity at 30. Did notice algae on my Hoses in the reservoir. 20170302_171411.jpg 20170302_171538.jpg

your problem is pro mix, for some reason their ph buffer is off. whats your ph run off
Tim be honest I've never checked the run off, only water with 2 gal in flower so barely a run off . What do you suggest.. I also have another grow but temps are more accurate right at 75 and I'm using sunshine advanced #4 and I must say they are looking pretty healthy. I'm curious if it is the promix, I'll check run off asap

yea, I switched to sunshine and problem solved.
else u have to balance out the promix run off to 6.5, example u can do the super long way and just have a garbage pail of tap water ph to 6.5 and keep flushing the promix till run off is at 6.5 or another example. Is say run off is 5.8 u would flush it promix with water ph at 8.0(just a number off my head) and the average"should" be a run off of 6.5
after that just feed lightly and let totly dry. Usually takes a week to dry

Also the city just switched our water lines and it seems the ppm levels are real high and I don't have an ro system, I just ordered one so hopefully switching dort and running a ro will make things back to normal

250-300ppm is an acceptation for city water, whats ur ppm? unless urs water is well water which can vary like 700ppm i seen some times , than u need a RO for sure

It is city water and tested at almost 300ppm, would temp fluctuations cause them to stress and yellow, I know they say 10 degree diff with lights on to lights off and I'm at about 84 lights on and 64 lights off.. I know heat is high could be heathe stress as well but Ivery ran high temps before and didn't have this problem (2 ton mini split has alrdy been ordered haha)

you will see heat stress on the top of the plant first
84 F is like boardline still , people still pull out good grows at 86F with the exception of raising the lights. but yea, optimal would be like 75F
