Help ID Outdoor Grow Issue/s

Please note the tree is in flowering, outdoor, in the tropics of Asia. It is currently rainy season here and sometimes rains a lot or goes 1-2 without rain but usually gets a light to heavy rain almost daily. If it seems to be raining too much, I put it under a roofed area to try to avoid over saturation. Grow medium is super soil.

Please let me know why the leaves are looking this way with the white powdery look? Overall the leaves seem to droop a bit? What are my issues please?

OMFG!!! LOOK AT THAT BEUTIFUL SATIVA! I haven't seen sativa traits like that in a while. Beautiful plant man.

Sorry I'm an indoor guy now and I've never grown anywhere near your region or even hemisphere so I don't wanna lead you wrong.

What strain is it?

Hi thanks for the kind comments. I am in living in South East Asia and this plant was grown from seeds from brick weed. Which was likely imported from Laos. Of all the seeds that didn't germinate... this one tree has really done okay (despite said issues in this thread, perhaps resulting from starting this plant in monsoon season)! South East Asia huh??? Man, I been there and done that! I like the food. Spent time in uae, the kingdom, iraq(of course), and all over the stans. Careful growin there though depending where your at.
