Help!!!!!!! I think there dying

I JUST CHECKED THEM AND EVEN THO THERE SPROUTS ABOUT 2 INCHS LONG THERE ALL LAYING DOWN,THEY WHERE FINE LAST NIGHT??? I WATER THEM OFTEN MAYBE I DIDNT GIVE THEM ENOUGH LAST NIGHT? THERE UNDER 160WATTS.

Harder to tell without a pic, but they could be underwatered. I did this to my first batch of seedlings, thought I killed 'em dead - they lay down on the soil all limp and - well, limp. Try giving them more water - if this is the problem, they will stand up again within a half hour or so.

or it could it be overwatering. a small sprout will not have the root system to take lots of water. if the medium you are growing in is constantly soaked, perhaps the roots are rotting. However, I just pulled out a clone from soil and stuck it back in a shot glass with water and it percked up in not time. Difficult without a pic
