i dont know several leaves appear to be dying should i cut them off maybe ive burned it.

more details...indoor/outdoor? nutes? stage of life? watering schedule? looks like a light burn but also looks like its outdoors. you can't ask a question like this and expect a response with no information given.

outdoor slow release mixed nutes NPK 14:2:4 just had plenty of rain may have over released the nutes i cut off the leaves in question the lower ones are a bit shirveled up, some have small holes in them. heres another pic

also pretty regular watering schedule i water when the tray is empty maybe 5 to 6 days a week

Looks like fertilizer burn to me. Watering 5 to 6 days a week coupled with the rain will do it when ur using pre nuted soil. During the veg stage try watering when it needs it, like when the pot feels a little lite.

if yoiu have holes in some leaves id be checking for criters. caterpillars and such
