Help i think i have bugs

I AM not sure if this is bug damage or what.

and also there are these little bugs that look like lady bugs except they are way smaller and have white and black dots are these harmful? (i cant get a picture they keep moving around and my camera won't focus on them)

Yellow dots are usually a sign of mites unfortunately... Look around on this form about how to get rid of spider mites, you'll find PLENTY of info!

I found out the problem. i have spider mites and thrips. sprayed my bitches down tonight with insecticide and fungicide for the powdery mildew they had. will spray again in early morning.
