"ebb & flow" or "dwc" witch is the best for growing cannabis?

1. grower friendly
2. cost efficient
3. best results

There's a lot of factors that come into play..

but for your 3 points overall i say DWC.

Ebb & flow is a whole system setup. DWC, you can make a whole system out of a bucket.
