Also, how many is a safe number of fan leaves that I can trim per day at this stage of flower?

Looks like nute burn, don't trim them off, just flush them out

No.. leave it alone.. water it with clear water the next few times and let her recover.. you've done enough already (delivered with a smile and a grin) , let her recover.
