help! help! help! what do i do??????

i came home from the store and my plants were all shriveled up i know they got burnt by the lights. it looks pretty bad (sorry about not having pics i dont have a digital cam) what do i do? i need some help asap. can they still pull through or are the toast? they were pretty decently shriveled i looked at them & was like what the hell? then i took out the excess bulbs & left 4 26 watt cfls in my 10 gallon fish tank that is sealed up & has ventilation. so what can i do tyo save my plants??? please help me

it depense on how well they got toasted...if there due a watering id give them that and i dunno about nutes cos i dunno how big your plants are...maybe they'll pick up!!hard to tell without pics
