HELP HELP HELP did I screw myself over

I think I might have stressed my plant to much and now she's turning hermie.

They are about 6 months old and 2.5 weeks into flower, white hairs all showed up and buds starting to form but then i notice a few small pods on one plant in a few different spots. 10 single pods spread out threw the plant, very minimal but has got me worried because i have clones nearby and also a second plant right beside it.

This is my first grow and I have been through alot of problems and have learned so much and now was excited at how well they have been doing until i see these little pods and scared the sh*t out of me because I have put so much work into these and don't want them all ruined.

Now i may be jumping the gun so I have included a couple pics but i need help quickly so i don't ruin everything

1. When I say stressing the plants i have been spreading and weighing down the branches to get more light exposure.

2. Had a 4 hour power outage and forgot to reset lights back to proper time for a few days

3. Pushed the one bin to tight to the timer and it didn't turn off for 24 hours

I've been doing my research and maybe have gone a little overboard but it's my first time lol

Please give me any advice

I do have a use for a ton of feminized seeds(outdoor property) if saving it is not the worst idea but after all this i want some smoke out of it lol

It's not necessarily caused by stress, it could be genetics also. Some strains are predisposed to but males flowers off. I'd pick them off, and look daily for more. Some plants will just it for a bit and then stop. Others may continue forever......u didn't mention the strain you are growing.

But, it sounds like you screwed up the light schedule, which probably is the cause of your issue.

Lastly, you probably don't want to keep or use the seeds produced by hermie plants since they'll also probably carry the trait. Nothing is worse than growing for months and months and ending up with oz of seeds, with a little bud too.

Did you look at the pix, is it gone hermie?

No idea the strain, its bag seed lol so it may have been a bit hermie to begin with lol but I have heard a lot of different sides to the seeds from a hermie plant being feminized or not. So which is it and who's right?

So is there anyway to make sure it doesn't get seeds and produce good bud still?

I have 3 clones as well and tonight am starting an Auto Amnesia and Auto Northern Lights Blue from seeds I got from Attitude

It is a female plant- I see buds forming. Femniized has to do with seeds: feminized seeds typically grow into females plants. I see the male pods there too, but your pic's suck. There are different degrees of hermitification (Not a word I know). Some plants throw off a few bananas here and there- pick them off and they never come back. Other plants will have so many male pods, you would think it is a male. Some strains throw off bananas, no matter what you do. It's in the genes. Other plants won't hermie no matter what you do.

Some on RIU have mentioned a product that stops plants from turning hermie. I'd pick off what see. If they keep coming back, kill the plants. The seeds produced will also have the hermie trait, which you DON'T want. This is the problem with bag seeds.....it's a crap shoot.

Lastly, I've gotten some really good pot from hermie plants (find my "Dog" grow and read it- I think it's under the 600 club thread). It just depends on the degree the plant puts off pollen. Personally, seeds replace pot on the plant. And u can't smoke seeds. Hermie plants at times are 90% (by weight) seeds, 10% smoke.

Looks like a hermie to me. You can grow it out until you know for sure. If it is then I would kill it and the clones as they will be hermie too.
I'd say genetics play the major role with hermies. Usually stress causes only part of the plant to form balls.
I doubt your plants were under much stress from what you say.

Forget the fem seed. You have crap genetics there and any seed is more than likely going to produce another hermie.

You'll still get some bud off it if you cut the balls off before they open and pollenate your female flowers. Chances are you will miss some and have a bit seed in your bud and you also risk pollenating the other female plant you have.
