ive had these couple beauties for awhile now and its coming down to the final stretch. I have to vacate the premises as of the end of this month, so lots to do in the next week. I am asking anyone who knows, i have to have them curing in bags by the 27th, morning...is there any way i can cut them tomorrow, dry for *a day*? then transfer into curing bags (ziplocs in paperbags?) for the remainder of the time? light sch 830-830 light at night...i also have heard of going dark for few days before harvest, as this pushes the plant to its limits on budding? i think i want to try this, they are dark now and will turn on at 830

Even if you dried for at least a few days and then put everything in bags you will still have to attend to them daily to release excess moisture. If you don't you are begging for mold. You can't just let them sit for a few days unattended.

Cut them now and start drying immediately. That's my two cents, anyway.

i will be able to dispense the excess moisture daily, although they will have to be off the drying hooks by the 27th and put into bags...do you think i could leave them in the dark untill tomorrow night (2days) and dry from tomorrow night till wednesday early morning? then transfer to bags? or is only a day and half not enough time for them to dry hanging?

Gonna depend a bunch on density and size. Some small popcorn buds maybe, but large dense buds take days of hanging in circulated air before they can be bagged or jared. You could put them in paper bags temporarily, move them, then hang again-but don't put them into plastic bags wet!! It would really suck to have it go moldy after babying it for the last 3 months.
