help getting card

It's easy to get your card if you live on Oahu. Make sure you have a debilitating medical condition, such as chronic pain, that is one of the 12 conditions that are approved. Then contact a certification service for an appointment and two weeks later you should have your card. I used Certicann to get my medical card and paid $150.

Hey rob I just moved here. Do you know if I can get a med card with my passport/old ID or do I need to get a hawaiian DL / ID card?

You can use a valid out of state driver's license or passport

Hey Voodoo,
You can use your passport or old ID to get certified. Just keep in mind that you have to use a Hawaii address during the certification process because Dept. of Health only mails the card to Hawaii addresses.
