it does look like its flowering, but it is hard to tell from the pic. do you see any white hairs (pistils)?

No sorry...nothing on second set of pic's either. Still have to wait.
I can barely see white pistils. But the then is only about 13 inches high but it's so bloody bushy. It has 8 nodes but 7 nodes had been cropped the result was a lot of stress and new growth in the last week I have seen some hectic growth.. Every node has dark green leaves coming of if each stem branching at least 6 inches to 4 all up the plant will report more soon.

You Supper Cropped it? if so your plant needs time to recovery from that,some parts may continue to grow while the rest of the growth on the end of the snap needs time to heal.Basically your plant is not using energy to bud but to heal.
