Help First Grow/Trial run!

Okay so this is my first attempt and its just a trial run random seed as of now i have 2 6500k 105 watt bulbs in a small card board grow box with a fan on the inside
the soil i used is a mystery its been in on my back porch for about 5 years so i have no clue what the NPK and the ph is 7.5 i added a little vinegar and watered yesterday with rain water probably a little too much because it has wilted i just need advice please!

first do some reading and learn about the plant,then get some good soil,and u should be fine for awhile,then do some more reading on nutes and when to use them

well i just recently gave them small amount of nutes and i think it might have gave them too much nitrogen and yes i know the soil isnt the best I've read alot, but i think the one on the left is 3 weeks and it quit growing cause the ph of the soil and water now i tried adding vinegar to the water to lower the ph to 6 would giving them the vinegar water 1tsb per gallon be good everyday then nutes once a week
