Help do not know what to do

went on vacation for 12 days and just got back. Had a friend watch my girld while i was gone. SAome how the light timer messed up and lights went to 24/7 I dont know how long but i am 6 weeks into flower. 1000 hps super skunk is the main. What do i do now. Please help Also i have turned the light off and plan on turning it back on in 24.

ps does anyone know what will happen now

I would say, a plant that's been flowering for 6 weeks (pretty far into flowering in my opinion) and has adjusted to the 12/12 lighting cycle, would really dislike being switched to 24/7 lighting for 12 days straight.

I'd say, the worst thing that would happen would be, that it may cause your plant to hermie on you (go male)... or at the very least it def. more than likely has stunned the plant.. therefore its in shock and has delayed flowering for a period of time as well. How long of a delay? I don't know the answer to that either bro.. but I would probably think, that whenever the plant recovers from being abused with lights.. it will then hopefully return to flowering. If not, then it will start spitting out balls (aka Pollen Sacks). And of course.. seeds.

Just hope for the best. Next time, I wouldn't leave ur plant with anyone. One person knowing your growing is one too many.

so is leaving the lights off till tommorrow a good or bad thing

flip it back to 12/12 and keep your fingers crossed mate, keep an eye out for any signs of hermie, if its just one or two just pick them off, but if its a swarm your better off giving them the chop. just out of curiosity was your timer burned out? or just set on 24 hours?
