What kind of soil is that? And why is it fucked up. looks like either you started out with hot soil mix. Or lights were too close.

A plant that small needs no nutrients, so as rockin said, it is likely the soil was too high in nutrients.

Good luck dude. I like to start my seeds in a fifty fifty mix of spaghnum and perlite. And sometimes a little bit of vermiculite.
Or pre soaked rockwool cubes.
