HELP DIAGNOSING SICK PLANT

Help diagnose my plant !!! I recently treating it with neem oil for a fungus gnat problem but it still looks bad. Nute deficiencies ? Light burn ? Its under a 400w light abouy a foot away.

Looks like a potassium deficiency. Might be able to use a little shot of zinc/iron.

Fungas gnats can make them look rough. If you have them its a sign you are over watering them.

What medium are they in? What nutes and how much and often? Water, how much, often and type?
