Help diagnose my issue, and come kick it

Hey guys, I'm tryin to see whats wrong with my plant! at the same time, im kickin it with my bowl and some nugs, which I'll show some pics below. Try to help me figure out what my issue is!

I just replanted this baby into Fox Farms Ocean Forest, so maybe its nute burn? Its under LED lights, 90w right now and the light is about 2inches away from it. the temps are between 75-81 and pH is about 7-7.5 in Soil.

now, onto the plants... some pics are better then others, sorry for the quality differences. I tried to put them under my magnifying glass a bit too. well hopefulyl you can help!

cant really see, have you checked with glass to make sure no spider mites under leaves? any gnats flying around?

oh yeah ph could be lower, 6.7 or something i think, not that ive ever checked mine.

I checked under the leaves and didnt see any mites. hm gnats? i didnt think of that. I can't really tell because my fan blows up lots of soil particles, i know that its soil and not gnats because i need to constantly clean off the top of my light from dirt. how could I be sure

just have to keep an eye out for them when things are switched off, sometimes they go in and out of bottom of pot, could also be a sudden spike in fert when repot,ive started using neem oil to protect against pests.

anyone else?
