Hey Frizzle, these guys are right. Too much water. Let it dry out and hopefully it perks back up, that yellow on the very bottom of the stem is a little concerening. I have shocked/overwatered like that, what eventually happened is the main fan leaves maintained a somewhat velvety appearance as the new growth came in, of course, I had a little extra N on board..;-( It may take a litttle time. Overwatering can really slow you up in serious cases. The roots uptake slows because the whole water usage process of the plant slows until it dries back out and has a little recovery time. Suffocating the roots will slow the plants overall "breathing" Make sure you have good drainage, read a little on watering techniques, I know its all common sense right? well that is true to a point. Force yourself to not water. If you want to love them get a little stick and till the soil a few minutes a day, poke small holes in the soil, etc..You just repotted it so its wanting to grow some roots in her new digs. WAtering technique is every bit important than any other step. I do not water the plant in it's new pot for a day or two, Then I water to the outside to encourage the roots to spread. This is just from personal experience and how my soil drains. Weeds plants like it a little dry, the wet/dry cycles are critical for the plant to optimize its natural growth rythym.
Do not water, and do not feed for a few days.get it in the light, and when you do feed I would be VERY conservative until the plant says it wants food.
Good Luck.
