Help! Day 12 leaves curling/browning

Heres some pics. Its day 12 now. I have been watering about 2 tablespoons every day. I am using 4 CFLs, 2 at 2700k and 2 at 5500k. The bulbs are about 1 to 2 inches above the plants. I noticed the brown spots and the curling today. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

to much water. seedlings dont need very much water to survive. let the soil dry up and you should be fine all though, it also depends on your soil. if your using just water ? or nutrients ? what is the p h of both soil and water?

also try moving your light up for a little bit

My light is on a hinge and i moved it up 2 inches. I rotate the plants too, since the lights are arranged linear. I am not using any nutrients and i dont know what my pH is, i dont have a reader or anything, though i have access to strips if neccessary

strips will work but you really need an exact number but strips are better than nothing .hanna makes a very good and cheap ph meter.
