Help.. Cut or leave

ok. SO I live in the Northeast.. (Maine) and its starting to get cold.. nights its 42-49F and days is anywhere from 50-70 on Avg 62F... I had not water my plant for past week because of the soil being cold and damp/wet so really does not need it..

heres the next 7 days

Tonight: Patchy fog after 2am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 45. North wind between 5 and 9 mph.

Saturday: Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 65. North wind 5 to 9 mph becoming south.

Saturday Night: Increasing clouds, with a low around 49. South wind between 3 and 6 mph.

Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 68. Southwest wind between 3 and 6 mph.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 46. Light north wind.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 67.

Monday Night: Clear, with a low around 42.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 65.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 48.

Wednesday: A chance of showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 70. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Wednesday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 50. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 65.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 47.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 64.

That plant is not ready to be cut.

It can survive low forties if you're lucky.

Cover it with a sheet at night if it gets colder.
 
i wouldnt worry bout the cold mate, it just slows it down abit. its the frost u need to worry bout, thats what kills the plant. the cold will make the plant resin more so it will be more sticky. no worrys there mate
