HELP! CAP Ebb/Grow Controller Wiring

I recently purchased a used CAP Ebb/Grow Control bucket only to find that it will not kick on the drain pump. One of the relay switches was bad so I replaced it but it still wont kick on the drain pump. I believe that the previous owner probably attempted to fix the unit himself and he probably failed to wire it back properly. CAP's website is down since Hydrofarm bought them out and I cant get Hydrofarm to respond back to my emails.

What I need is for someone who has the exact same control bucket to open their unit and take pics and post them here so that I can see exactly how it should be wired. I have other CAP control buckets but none of them are made exactly like this one. This bucket has 1 float switch at the top and 2 float switches on the bottom and it has a much smaller circuit board in it than my other CAP buckets. I really need to get this bucket working so your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sounds more the the timer itself if you redid the relays. They use single pole double throw timers and when it clicks over the mechanical part inside isnt moving. Some have a small flathead screw adjuster you can turn. Im not too sure about the cap one tho send a picture of the bucket. Floats can go bad too. If you are good at wiring you can just install new ones .. They have 6 packs on amazon.

Hydrofarm support has been nothing but superb for me...
I hope you have good luck forever. I build my own bucket from ogres tutorial and its goin on 4 years stong and ive build over 8 others that are all goin strong still. Only one timer failed right out of the box and ive had 2 floats go bad out of all the systems.

I built one too...years ago. Don't remember whose, tut it was. But I was thinking AR...if you fail to find the info you need...just use your bucket and re-wire it using a tutorial. All the floats and holes should be the same. Not something you could do in a hurry though.

And the beauty of that is if something goes wrong...you know right where to look. My problem with those systems is slow fill and drain with 1/2" hose...gotta use 3/4".

I use 3/4 between the buckets and i have 1/2 inch hard pipe going to and from the drum to fill the main bucket. It fills in about 4 or 5 minutes sits for 15 total and theb drains. 6 times or every 4 hours
