Help can't tell exactly what's wrong

I cannot tell exactly what this is from. I've read lots of posts and looked at pictures but I can't seem to pin point the culprit

temps?
light?
schedule?
strain?

im not a hydro grower but i can tell ya this you better get a ppm pen its very critical to know your ppm when doin hydro or coco.

Ok so my ppm is 196 so im pretty sure I need to get that up. What the recommended ppm for veg then bloom? I've read so many different answers all over the place

back of the nutrient package follow the directions silly, they work until not followed
