HELP!! Can't find cfl lights

I love in Australia WA and have been looking all over for cfl grow lights it's my first grow I have everything but the LIGHTS I want to start with 4 and in a few weeks add 2 more but I can't find anything bigger then 18 watts and I can't find any on eBay that send to Australia please if anyone can help thank you so so much

just use the 18s. more of them

roughly 100w per plant. keep em short in cfl
