Help can't figure out what's wrong

I have a plant in veg stage and it just started getting these orange spots and discolored tips. It's only on some leaves but not all of them. And I'm almost positive it is not mites because I've been using really expensive mite solution. But the problem is still here can anyone help please? The light I'm using is a 150 watt high pressure sodium bulb this is my first grow as well

Yeah man it's some shitty soil from ace I was going to get organic soil when I transport her to her final pot! Can the soil affect how the tips of the leaves are a darkish color? And I feed her every 2 -3 days

Looks like you might be gettin some burn

Do you think that's all it is, is the burn? It seems like it is doing great on most of the plant but a few of the leaves have that yellowish color on them
