You've still got quite a few pistils that are thick and white yet, which means she's still got time to fatten up. When the calyxes are swollen, and most of the pistils are brown / orange and receded, then it's time to start watching the trics.
IMO, she could use at least a week, if not two.

Yeah i figured about another week or so as well , Thanks everyone for the help and nice comments , I posted a few weeks ago with issues and this has been grown in a clay 3 gallon pot so its been a struggle all the way through but its turned out good so far i think. i just don't want to ruin it now but fucking the harvest date

Your leaves are still green so they are still eating something in the medium. By the time the buds are ready those leaves should be yellowed off and dying. I say 1 week minimum, 2 weeks maybe.
