HELP! BURNT PLANT need help

Yesterday i came home and my light had dropped and burnt my plant, its about 60days and was doing well, maybe a little small but that is cool as it was just an experement. but now its grown i dont want to lose her now. im going to post sum pics in a mo so any help would be great... do i throw it or is it savable? its in multigrow soil and a 5gall bucket. 1/4 strength vitalink nutes every 3rd water... thanks in advance

just took sum pics, i cut off most of the burns but you can still see the curling and sum burnt ends... thanks dude

sorry, the light i used is a 600w hps with reflector... whats the best light that dont give off to much heat. cfl? i think with the space i have they would be better, 6fth 2ftdeep and 3ftwide. can i use cfls full cycle?

a 600watt is cool in that area if you got good ventilation

yeah but i dont have gud vents, i got kids running around and they ask questions as u prob know... should i just give up and put her in greenhouse till i get lower heat lights? thanks man

the plants are fine man,, i would use a cooltube if the 600 hps is worryin u ,otherwise grab 250w cfls

how hot does it get in there?
my veg tent is in a closet so it doesnt get that good of ventilation and it gets from 80 to the mid 90's at times
plants are growin good tho

also you can always down garde to two 150 or 250 watt lights, their pretty cheap too

I think the plant will be fine man. They look nice and green. Just leave them alone and feed them and I think they'l lbe fine.

Yea bud not to worry man. Good thing u got em in time befor shit all went to hell. Water em good give em some time man. Talk to em and im seriuose. Tell your plants that your proud of em and shit, i do with all my plants and when shit seems to be looking south they pull threw and id like to think communiating has something to do with it. See how it goes bud but i think they should be cool. Let meknow if u need anything else Peace

Thanks very much guys, great views and advice. i got up thios morning and she's picked up alot, leaves have picked up and not droopey anymore... think i got her just in time. i came home from school with my little boy and it was bloody nearly 120 in my wardrobe... man thats HOT. I had just built the wardrobe that day and put the lights on to check the temps at full flow and was shocked, im going top have to buy some cfl's i think as i got some clones rooting in my incubater and want to be prepared for these little babys. any advice is welcolmed... thanks again guys... p.s ANYBODY KNOW A GOOD PLACE TO GET CFL'S AT A REASONABLE PRICE... THANKS!

i agree with them i think theyl be fine......trust me mine have looked worse

hey guys, got 6 20w cfls going now... i know its not much but will this be ok for 1plant? flowering aswell? anyway my plant looks much better 2day, no thanks to me lol. am going to need some vents wen i start the little clones tho. Thanks for help tokers and keep up the gud work

i would grab some more cfl's
but then gain ive ever used them
but 120 watts doesnt seem like much

your plant is not harmed at all. it will continue to grow normally. if your worried about lights id say go to home depot and get cfls. hahahah, yesterday i saw a 300 watt cfl. thing was like a foot long and 8 inches thick. 15$ at home depot. about 5000 lumens. only uses 68 watts. it was a normal screw in so no ballastts needed.

cheers, im in uk so no home depot 4me but thanks anyway. im going 2 get some more 2day from a lighting shop down the road... thanks for the help
