You may gently flush the plant with 3 times the volume of the pot, with air temperate ph neutral water, allow to recover in dim light overnight, or one day, damping of is a fungal disease, ensure you plant is well ventilated in dim light, avoid feeding for the first 3-4 weeks enough nutes in soil

is it ok to take the plant off the soil and let it soak in water for a day or 2 and then plant it again in soil

??? whut??? lol no dont take the plant off the soil and soak. its going to be ok if you dont over5 water and dont feed it any more for a few weeks. Soil looks like poop btw

i just flushed it now with normal 7 ph water
should i continue feeding it on the leaves with nitrogen ??

No its not ok to do that. The seedling is overwatered probably from the large pot holding it too long ,wait till the pot is much lighter to lift before watering again.

You should not have flushed its already starved for O2. Dont feed at all until the plant has recovered and is clearly growing again.

some one told me the soil im using is bad its like time nut or something like this and its burning it up.... orim doing it on mircale soil!!!

Hiya rachamel, Is that 270w - Real Wattage?? if so "almost 2cm away" is to close IMHO its still a seedling and as such doesn't need a MASSIVE amount of Light/Lumens in fact too much can be a Bad thing sometimes..
Have you not got a Copy(Digital) or Print out of BIOBIZZ feeding schedule? Site is down at the mo at think...here's couple of Charts from them not sure if they've updated em anymore since I downloaded...
I Tend to give my Ladies less than the stated amount per ml > Ltr of mix esp when they young...give her Chance and I'm pretty sure she will recover...

thanx mate i will stop feeding it for 3 or 4 days now n will stop giving it bio grow
and get more distance from the lamp .....
but i know its my first time and im paranoid ... its a normal thing for first timers lool
but i thing the end of the leaves start changing to less green n it looks like it burning!!!
any spec help?!

Just a thought, but maybe a little fan blowing in grow environment(Not directly on seedling/Too much to soon) but maybe bounced off a wall, If you've Flushed? will Help dry Soil/Compost mix a bit. Is that Perlite I can see in Soil Mix..if so good because it will help your lady roots to breath. Little tip I read a while ago was "Tapping" which is basically tapping the top of the Plant a couple of times a week...supposed to strengthen the Stem and make plant stronger(But do it GENTLY) some Peeps after say week 2 give em a little bend to the Left or Right to again strengthen the Stem(Again be GENTLE)
Have you invested in a Humidity?Temperature Gauge/Monitor?? be a good investment...what kinda GR or space are you working with..

yah i have a fan n its working 24/7, n i flushed it an hour ago... i mixed my soil with a lil rocks to give it more air from the inside n at the bottom i put big rocks so that the water can find its way easier to get out the pot....
yes i keep the humid between 45- 68 percent..... temp mostly 24-25
