Help! Are we ready to harvest?

We are a first time outdoor grower of a gorilla glue strain. We are located in the lower half of Michigan. We believe we are in the 8th week of flower.

We have included general photos of the buds and tricomes (one from a leaf and one from the calyx, output #2).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as to when to harvest since we are very anxious being our first time grow.

Think you saved the thumbnail images and not the actual images.

Here they are, for both of you.

I like to sometimes throw this in there too... Letting people know to check the trichomes from the side view, and not from the top down.... Sometimes looking from the top down onto the cap of the "mushroom"/trichome head.... The clear ones will look cloudy but you're actually just seeing the stalk of the trichome through the empty trichome mushroom cap.

I had them bookmarked sorry and I look forward to not using them for my own harvest and instead making a post on when to harvest as seems the tradition around here, and then going against what everyone tells me and harvest them anyway
