Help 250w hps

hey whats up im going to start a new indoor grow in a space thats 3-4 feet tall 12in wide and like 2-3 feet long i was thinking of getting a 250w cooltube hps is that to much for that space??? i just ordered 10 lowrider from goldenseeds ....if 250w hps is good for that space how many plants can i put in there at once. thanks for the help

But that doesn't apply to lowryders so never mind. You can probably only fit three.

A 250 would do fine. A better option would be two of these, better bargain if you are in the US and they would cover a wider area like that better than a single 250 which would be better for a square shaped area.

lol yea probably not lowrider but thats my plans for later when i get my indoor grow tent which is gonna be 2'L x 2'W x 5'H so that i can have a big mother plant in there to be taking clones off of for my

oh well i finally wasnt that high so i got up and actually measured the space i got to grow in and its 3'L x 3'H x1'w so thats 9 square feet that i got to work with(this is just to start out l8r i plan on harvesting every 2 weeks as i got 3 other grow areas that are exactly as the first 1)

so with that being said i think im going to stick with a 150w or 250w hps cool tube as it is nice and compact just perfect for my grow space and i can lower it real low, and its next to my bed so i can just run all the wires and ventalation under

You should get two 150's for sure then to cover a 3ft long space.

lol thats exactly what i was thinking that amount of light on 3 or 4 plants would yield great amounts of i was planing on putting them in 1 or 2 gallon pots or is that to small? thanks
