what is a good watt light for a few day old plants does anyone kno anything about the lite thats ment for growin home depot sell a bulb and a 5 ft tub and its says it a grow lite is it any good

how many time should i use the nut water every day or every few days???

I used it once every 2 weeks, but would prob be better once every 10 days or so, also on the first ever feeds of your plants do not give them the full amount of what it says on the back of the tub, build it up over the first 2 feeds ie.. first feed 1 quarter of the recommended does, second feed half then third and every feed after the full amount
