It sucks that you have to be subjected to random drug tests, but you are sure to find a hell of a lot of information around growing techniques/methods here.

Welcome to RIU. My hub was a jet fixer too. Can I ask what type of A/P work you do?

Hub is USAF retired. He came in with the C-141 and retired with it. He worked enroute type maintenance. Did a little bit of civilian stuff but not much. We are on the West coast, you?

Thank you! I have gardened on different scales all my life and thought I pretty much knew it all, but cannabis growers “science f*ck” the hell out of growing plants! I love the LED threads where they talk about how many photons of light come from a light and I’m just like “I want a really bright one”!
I am almost finished with my first grow, and I want to research a few things I came across during the grow. I am 100% positive I will find my answers here. As long as I’m learning something, it doesn’t matter to me if that info comes from the good, the bad, or the ugly.

Beware the 'bro science' crowd. There's a lot of bullshit floating around here. Keep it simple, make sure your basics are on point and you'll have great success.

To respond to people directly, either hit the reply button or use the @ symbol with their username.

In terms of LED, what you want is efficiency- otherwise they aren't really worth the price premium.
