Hello my babies are dying?

Hello , babies ar 1 .5 month old from germinating in veg now,
Growing in good soil lot of vitamins,

week ago my leaves from bottom stared yellowing, now after week leaves turning brown from middle ,
yesterday i transplant them in final containers in 19 liters, before they was in 4 liters, when transplanting roots was white and looked healthy,

soil is full of vitamins and minerals, peak moss, organic pallets, compost, perlite, im growing organic
45procents organic soil, 15 procents compost, 20 procents peat moss, plus added organic long release pallets, 20 procents perlite and little bit sand like some 5 procents

lower leaves yellowing, then browning,

can water be on fault? im using tap water too much chlorine maybe? or what?
checked tap water with water ph it showed PH 7.1 .

When its only the lower leaves its usually nitrogen deficiency but it look like the whole plant is turning light. What is your ph?

Looks like it's not getting something it needs, either due to the fact that what it 'needs' isn't there or related to improper soil PH.

Kind of looks like a phosphorus deficiency to me.

They aren't absorbing those "vitamins". I have seen plants get pale and yellow when the ph was way high. too much lime by any chance? I would give them some grow nutes since they seem to need something.
