My first grow ever............

I have 4 - 4ft - 40wt cfls 6250k each


Is that going to work well for getting it ready to flower?

4 foot tubes are not CFL's.

Sounds like they're good for veg only.

you can veg with them untill you flower yes!!!

Hang your 4 tubes on the wall horizontally stacked above each other,use these for rear lighting.Hang 4ea. 10" reflectors in front of these with 2ea. 42 watt cfl(spiral) bulbs at 2700k in each of those.You'll have a good all around system to grow 4 plants start to finish.
