my plant is gorrilla skitells and I have them in the 4th vegetative week and they are made for me so I do not know what the problem is I have completely hung leaves

Why do they look shiney? Are they wet or waxy/glossy?
What is the medium? Soil?
What's your rh and temp?

the soil is bio bizz while the off temperature 6 hours is 19 on 26 max 27

I had white flies on my out door grow, didn't do any noticeable damage on flowering, unlike spider mites.

Try a mixture of h2o2 & water, and spray them.
Or you could get some citric acid (powder) mix 1 tsp in 1 litre water and spray, repeat every 3 days a couple of times .

Your plant's issues are not bugs alone, I'm suspecting problems in the root zone causing your plant's leaves to droop like that.
