After a bit of trial and error, i have landed on the heatvac as the best chamber for my needs due to its size and perfect temp calibration... IR always confirms within a half degree or so.
Anyway, I'm only doing 10g at a time (2oz runs), but it's the perfect size. I see a ton of posts on the Interweb about setting vac chambers on a skillet and how some struggle with maintaining consistent heat which is what i found to be the kryptonite of my shatter method.
So there's my commercial for the heat vac i love it... essentially just a lab hotplate floating inside a chamber but perfect IME for ppl running for themselves.
I'm turning out product like this consistently... this was made from golden goat(my first exp with this strain), and it easily transformed to shatter in around 16 vac cycles(i flip a lot):
