If my grow room is not hot enough with the grow lights can i put a few heat light on the ground to help heat up the room. Thanks

Those get hot as shit, ur plants should be fine if you put that 25-40 inches away from it. How many plants?

400W is good for 3 maybe 4 plants so u like ur in good shape, just get ur temp problem worked out
