Heat shock

I've had a few seedlings inside for about a week and on Friday I decided to move them outside.

Friday turned out to be 103 degrees and now my seedlings are looking somewhat hopepless. I watered them well friday morning, but their leaves are still looking pitiful.

Why do you think it happened and what should I do?

There's 9 of them and they're all about one inch tall and 1 and 1/2 weeks old. the leaves are mostly brown and droopy.

Next time when moving plants from inside to outside they need to be hardened off. For the 1st few days they should be put outdise in light shade. Not direct hot sun..! Then gradually let them get direct sun for a few hours each day ,more sun each day then after a week or so they should be ok.

Alright. I've moved them back inside for now untill they start looking healthy again. But that info helps. Thanks.
