I would like to make honey comb wax but don't want to us a vac chamber. Iv seen the video on youtube about heat purge do or does any one know the temps , time , etc for this method?

i know this may not seem the most helpful but i honestly think if you cant afford a vac chamber dont even bother man.

Not very easy to make honeycomb wax without vac purging... But it can be done if the material allows. You can just use just low heat but then you are stuck with whatever you end up with. You can get it to wax if it's really waxy type material in the first place but shatter is more likely using just a heat purge. I use a mityvac brake bleeder for purging to honeycomb wax which I pump by hand- it's silent, uses no electricity and costs less than $30. I wrap a cheap heating pad around a small mason jelly jar & it's a vac oven...
To heat purge just do your blasting in a Pyrex floating in a hot water bath on a griddle set to around 150 deg... You will lose some heat in the exchange but you never want to allow the oil to get hotter than 135 deg when it becomes like a permanent goo. To make wax you want to get the oil to around 120 & see if it waxes up ...then leave it for several hours to do its thing. Heat purge is not rocket science... Just takes a very long time- do a flame test after about 6 hrs but keeping temps low is the key

Like I said " I don't want to use a vac. chamber" its a preference thing. I know its easily achievable with a vac chamber but would like to learn more of a natural way. Don't limit your self BRO?
