would you say heat 70-80 degrees or light is more important for seedlings(plants under a week old)

Both are important. Lack of any can stunt the growth. Lights far away will lead the seedlings to stretch a lot.

I would personally say heat because u can have to much light and seedlings will be stunted because it is to much light. what light are u using for the seeds and how are u heating the seedlings?

And you can't have too much heat?

They're both important, gotta have both can't make it by with just one.

i know u can have to much heat but he provided the heat range so if he keeps it in that rang he is good and now dont give them to much light....

I have yet to run into someone who has given their plant too much light.

alot of ppl do,a dn some without knowing. I gave my seedlings 250 mh BAD idea slowed it down. it is hard to give plants with like 3 nods or more to much like but seedlings oh yea u can. what kind of lights are u using

No light yet they have only been threw the soil for 24 hours. they are on the counter 68 degrees or at night they are on top of the kitchen cabinets (mid 70's)
