heat issues

Hi guys, I am growing 3 Easy Ryder plants in my basement in a room where the waterheater and water pump is in, under 6 42w CFLS. the growbox is big enough to house them (4x2x3) I had one CFL per plant when they were small, but now they are flowering and I added another light for each one. My issue is that it is now getting too hot in there. temps around 90. I have the famous carbon filter posted here with a 4" inline fan blowing heat out from the top. I had a passive intake ( a 120mm hole) but recently added an adjustable speed 120mm fan. I am still having heat issues.

I also have a small fan in there to blow the air arond and towards the exxit exhaust.

also I have now noise issues.

One of the reasons for the heat is that the door needs to be shut to the room, and it is probably recycling the hot air. ( it is a small work room too. the room is not tiny. maybe 6x10.)

Another thought is tapping a hole in the air conditioning vent above, and running a small line down to the intake. problem with that is that the AC is not running all the time.

any thoughts from the experienced? thanks

check this site for derections on making a home made cool tube. or it you have the time make ice all day and need to do it then you can put a big cup or small bucket of ice in front of the fan. problem with that is with temps around 90 the ice would melt constantly
