heat burn in the middle of new growth. help?

hey guys I have a little problem with one of my plants. my lamp fell on it, and it burn the tips of some leaves.

it looks like shit is still producing in the middle of the plant where new leaves come from but I was wondering if I can just cut these leaves off that I burnt since they aren't growing and aren't really big at all.

I was just checking to see if that was okay and healthy for the plant before I did it. they just make the plant look like shit, and it's so healthy other than that.

the branches that they're on are kinda thick and I'm getting new side growth in right now so can I just cut them off like right where the actual leaf meets the branch that it's on instead of cutting them all the way to the stem. I wonder if new leaves would grow in their place since I only burnt the tips?

any help is appreciated, +rep as well.

if you cut the stems in the middle that new leaves grow from its called topping the plants and yes its ok and 2 new branches will grow instead of one

yeah I know about topping but I just want to get rid of those two leaves that I burnt.

try jus cuttin off the burnt part ive done that b4 and the leaf stayed alive

alright, do you think if I totally cut the leaves off two new ones would come in their place?

alright cool, thanks man. and if I burnt the VERY tip of a new leaf thats emerging from the middle will the rest of it still grow and just the tip will be burnt or will it stunt the entire leaf?

any other opinions?

it shouldnt just the middle leaf should be burnt

just cut off the dead part so if its 50% dead then cut it off if not then dont touch it because its still alive bro

Alright man I'll do that then. Will the two burnt leaves ever reach their full size? They don't seem to be growing.

I really need some help with this one. I really don't think that new growth in the middle of the plant is coming out. before I was getting a new set of leaves basically everyday and now I haven't gotten any in a few days.

has the burn stunted the plant? I need help.

if you read the first page I said the lamp fell on the middle of the plant causing it to burn at the tips of the new leaf growth.

will that prevent new leaves after them from coming in? the leaves that burnt weren't anywhere near the full size, compared to my other leaves atleast.

leave them alone (dont cut them off) nothing to worry about and the new growth and leafes will come out green.
dont stress out about it and just let it be and it will be fine.
