It's elongated, but otherwise seems fine.
Seedlings stretch out like this when there isn't a sufficient amount of light. They grow rapidly in search of more light, producing a longer stem with less foliage.
Like DeeTee said, either add more lights, or move the current lights you have closer. It also helps to have the right spectrum, and 100watts per plant.
