no they've been under flowering lights and nutes for a bout 4 weeks but i was waiting on new lights so they didn't get enough energy in the beginning and i just recently trimmed them up so hopefully that helps this is my 1st time at growing so learning lots

It is going to take a long time to flower that Sativa dominant plant you are growing under those CFL's. My 1st suggestion, is get those lights closer to your plant! You should be able to get them within 2-3 inches! Distance means everything when you are using CFL's! As others have stated, it is looking like you are in about week 1-2 of the actual flower cycle. Being a Sativa dominant strain, you will be looking at another 10-12 weeks I am guessing by looking at those pictures. Be patient!

Looking alright but a full frontal pic of the whole plant is nice to see overall
health and perkiest you have a nice color but some stretching
going on this is from the use of cfl's to combat this HPS and MH are
very usefull~
