I hate mitsus, but an evo is fast as hell out of the box man.
and "rice" means stuff that DOESN"T make your car faster.
like large mufflers, pop charger intakes, gt-r stickers...
for rally racing the evo and subby are king..

my first car was a 92 eagle talon tsi awd. basically an eclipse. car was fast as hell.
